If you’re currently studying for your First certificate, Advanced or Proficiency exam, you may be interested in the following clips. Below you will find some videos showing candidates sitting their speaking test. Each of the first three videos shows a different level and the last shows some of the examiners discussing what it is that a candidate must do in order to pass. In the description for each video you will find a link to a document which details exactly what the candidates did well and what they could have done better.

No matter which level it is you are preparing for, I’d recommend watching all of these tests. If you really want to challenge yourself, why not try making some notes on the candidates you see and then compare them to those of the examiners.
